Thank you for your full and immediate response to overwhelm. You have a community here, too, so ask for anything where "other" can assist. You know, when you read instructions for putting together a complicated piece of equipment and the instructions say, "You'll need the #10 nuts, bolts, washers, the #10 hex wrench, parts A,B,G,F, and other."

PS. The 5-4-3-2-1 practice is a sensory grounding practice; Alternate Nostril Breathing is the breathing one. If they're not feeling too overwhelmed, go with the breathing. If they are, the grounding one. (Or both.)
